Eligibility requirements:
Qualification with age:
Intermediate degree holder or equivalent with age 17 to 22 years eligible to apply.
Graduation holder (2 degrees) and PAF / PAF aged 17 to 23 years are eligible to apply.
Graduation (4-year program) BS / BA (Hon) / BBA / BPA pass with age 17 to 24 years eligible to apply.

Gender: Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
Marital status: New candidates must be unmarried, but married members of the armed forces over the age of 20 are also eligible to apply.
Nationality: Pakistani citizens residing in any province of Pakistan, including Azad Kashmir / Gilgit Baltistan, are eligible to apply. Upon final selection, candidates with dual nationality will have to hand over the nationalities of other countries.

Physical standards:

Minimum height: The height of each filter should not be less than 5 feet - 4 inches (162.5 cm).
Visible standard: tele vision should be with glasses 6/9 and 6/12 and near vision should be J2, J7, N8 or N12 with or without glasses.
Weight: According to BMI.

How to apply for a 145 PMA long course:

Candidates can register online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk or through the web link below.
Candidates can also register by visiting the nearest army training and recruitment centers (AS & RCs) in each major city of Pakistan.
AS & RCs are located in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Hyderabad, Multan, De Khan, Muzaffarabad, Faisalabad, Khuzdar and Banu Aqeel.

Registration will open from 7 October to 08 November 2019 (including Saturdays / Sundays).

Selection Procedures:

Preliminary tests will start from 13 November 2019 to 10 January 2020.
In the selection procedure, each candidate must take the first writing / intelligence tests based on multiple choice questions from English, mathematics, Pakistani and Islamic studies and general knowledge.
After written / intelligence tests, the qualified candidate will undergo physical / medical tests and an interview at AS & RC.
During the physical test, candidates must pass the following tasks listed below.
1.6 km running task in 8 minutes.
Pay up to 15 repetitions in 2 minutes.
Sit Ups 20 repetitions in 2 minutes.
The chin lifts 3 repetitions in 2 minutes.
Trench crossing through 7 '. 4 'x 7'.4' and 4 'deep.
Successful candidates from the AS&RC physical examination will be interviewed, and only after the interview will the selected candidates appear on the ISSB final list.
